Today was another day at sea as we sail towards New Zealand. What better way to spend a day at sea than taking a cooking class from our head Chef abroad Viking Neptune.

We learned how to make:

Baby Clamari Risotto

Fish & Chips with Wasabi Peas and Tarter Sauce

Mahon Yogurt Panna Cotta with Pink Pepper Meringue, Rose Wine Jelly, and Strawberries

Not sure the calamari risotto would have been something I ordered, but after seeing the results I would certainly try it! So much fun!
